Bizzy Lizzy Flourless Bakery is a one-of-a-kind bakery based on whole-grain oatmeal. We make everything offered at traditional bakeries but without flour. Our products are produced with locally sourced ingredients. Bizzy Lizzy products are sold in Hy-Vee Stores and other stores across the Midwest. This summer, you can find us at the Brookings Farmers Market, baking up new recipes.
