Cedar Creek Gardens is under the joint ownership of Bud Manke and Peggy Martin. Thriving on 14 acres with a mix of 12 high tunnels and caterpillar tunnels, we employ strategic crop rotation, precise irrigation, soil health building and cultivate select produce varieties suited to South Dakota’s soil. This yields nutrient-dense, healthy produce that we offer for sale through our farm stands, local farmers markets, and wholesale.
