Cottleston Bread is based out of a kitchen in downtown Brookings. They bake a variety of loaves like milk/wheat/Italian, baguettes, rolls, cinnamon/cheesy flatbreads, danishes, and cinnamon rolls. Special orders can be accommodated. Find them year-round at various retail outlets in town, or at the Brookings Farmers Market, May-October. They also provide wholesale to restaurants in the area.
