Hudson Meats and Sausages is a small USDA inspected locker that’s located in Hudson, South Dakota. Hudson Meats and Sausages is South Dakota certified, organically certified, and also an animal welfare approved plant. We do custom processing of beef, pork, and lamb. We also offer a full line of retail meats, sausages, and we also have our very own smokehouse. Owned and operated by Doug and Kathy Klarenbeek and son Bradey since September 1, 1983 we take pride in every piece of meat we process.
